Package 1 Reimagine
Reimagine with what you have. With this package we will help you redefine a space with the decor and furniture you already have.
Package 2 Fresh Start
Out with the old and in with the new. This package are for those who want to start over and breath new life into a space

You know you want to renovate and now that you have sketched it out on a post-it note, what next? We work with draftsmen and engineers to create plans and make sure everything is code compliant. We can help you get organized and ensure that you have checked all the boxes before your project begins.

Consult on your design vision so it can move to the blueprint phase

Creation of construction plans and coordinating engineering plans when needed

Design-Build Services
With our Design-Build service we are your one stop shop. Our team will be with you every step of the way from the initial design through construction.
Package includes an initial 15 minutes call where we will discuss the information you provide in the questionnaire. I can also answer any questions you might have about my process at this time.
Design-Build Remodeling Process:

Consultation and Estimate. After an initial consultation a preliminary budget is prepared and an estimate is presented.

Project Design and Contract. We will present preliminary drawings and work with you to finalize the design and material selections. Once the design, selections and construction bid are approved, we will help execute your contract with a selected GC.

Project Construction and Completion. We will meet with you prior to construction to review the schedule and answer any questions you may have. At this point, we will review a checklist including items such as access, pets, temporary storage and material storage to prepare for construction. During the construction period we work to assure that things are progressing smoothly. When questions arise or changes are needed we will be available to address them.

We will also help your source products, i.e. furnishing, flooring, lighting and more! We work with many local suppliers and will accompany you to their showrooms and help source material outside of our local area.

Project Management Service
Our project managers oversee the job schedule and work teams. We problem solve when challenges arise, ensure payouts are accurate and keep you informed about weekly progress and necessary inspections. (We only work with vetted contractors.)

Management of job site; keeping it clean and secure

Management of GC and project timeline.

Review scheduled progress payment with contractor

Call for inspections and work with city/county to obtain sign-offs
When work is completed, we will meet with you for a final walk through to be sure that all of the work has been completed to your satisfaction and ask you to provide customer feedback.
