Contemporary Cottage Style

Mollie created a palette using warm wood finishes combined with differing shapes and colors of tile to create visual and textural  interest throughout the space. The couple love to entertain so the main focus was placed on the kitchen, custom crafted bar and bench seated dining area. The back wall of the kitchen became glass doors that extend one entertainment space into another. Bringing the outdoors in and creating a dreamy environment on cool Delta breeze evenings. 

 

Pantries extend along the kitchen wall to house food, appliances and laundry. Creating a clean sight line from front to back of the house.

The back playroom was converted to a new primary bath with dual vanity, walk in shower and a beautiful soaking tub.

This design-build project was a real dream to work on. Especially knowing we were creating a new dream home for such a lovely, new family.
