Project Management Service

Our project managers oversee the job schedule and work teams. We problem solve when challenges arise, ensure payouts are accurate and keep you informed about weekly progress and necessary inspections. (We only work with vetted contractors.)

Package includes an initial 15 minutes call where we will discuss the information you provide in the questionnaire. I can also answer any questions you might have about my process at this time.

 

Includes:

• Management of job site; keeping it clean and secure

• Management of GC and project timeline. 

• Review scheduled progress payment with contractor

• Call for inspections and work with city/county to obtain sign-offs

 

Design-Build Services 

With our Design-Build service we are your one stop shop. Our team will be  with you every step of the way from the initial design through construction. ​

Package includes an initial 15 minutes call where we will discuss the information you provide in the questionnaire. I can also answer any questions you might have about my process at this time.​

 

Design-Build Remodeling Process:

1. Consultation and Estimate. After an initial consultation a preliminary budget is prepared and an estimate is presented.
    

2. Project Design and Contract. We will present preliminary drawings and work with you to finalize the design and material selections. Once the design, selections and construction bid are approved, we will help execute your contract with a selected GC.
    

3. Project Construction and Completion. We will meet with you prior to construction to review the schedule and answer any questions you may have. At this point, we will review a checklist including items such as access, pets, temporary storage and material storage to prepare for construction. During the construction period we work to assure that things are progressing smoothly. When questions arise or changes are needed we will be available to address them.

   • We will also help your source products, i.e. furnishing, flooring, lighting and more! We work with many local suppliers and will accompany you to their showrooms and help source material outside of our local area.

When work is completed, we will meet with you for a final walk through to be sure that all of the work has been completed to your satisfaction and ask you to provide customer feedback.
