You know you want to renovate and now that you have sketched it out on a post-it note, what next? We work with draftsmen and engineers to create plans and make sure everything is code compliant. We can help you get organized and ensure that you have checked all the boxes before your project begins. 

Package includes an initial 15 minutes call where we will discuss the information you provide in the questionnaire. I can also answer any questions you might have about my process at this time. ​

 

Includes:

• Consult on your design vision so it can move to the blueprint phase

• Creation of construction plans and coordinating engineering plans when needed 

• Secure necessary permits
